Ok, voy a postear este comentario ahora que muchos respondieron, porque para mi también se dice "WHEN WOULD YOU LIKE TO MAKE YOUR RESERVATION?"..
Pero mi duda es que el cliente puede entender "cuando quiere hacer reserva?" y no "para cuándo?"... ¿Me explico? Suena bastante ambigua en inglés, pero en castellano por el "para" no hay ambiguedad...

en muchas ocaciones solo te piden la fecha por que ya esta implicito que te pregunten "para cuando", ok......
El/la operadora te pregunta Dates? y le proporcionas las fechas que quieres
