All you need to do is put 2 in front of the number you're calling, then enter the international code, followed by their mobile or telephone number as usual.
還舉了一個例子
For example, if you wanted to call 1 212 976 1616 (a telephone number in USA), you'd usually call 00 1 212 976 1616 from a UK landline. On mobile world, you call 2 00 1 212 976 1616.
所以假設我要打的手機號碼是0911 123 456
我打 2 886 0911 123 456
沒錯吧~
可是他一直跟我說播錯了耶...
