Primero, teniendo en cuenta que "personas que les patina el coco" podríamos decirlo también como : tontos, imbéciles, idiotas, torpes, cazurros etc. etc. nos pueden salir un montón de frases no literales. Pero yo sin duda me quedo con ésta :
"I belong to the dim people's club"
Que sería algo así como "pertenezco al club de los zoquetes/torpes/cazurros..."
