We have something here. What is so good about practising lenaguages over MSN? Mainly, that you don't feel you include this activity as a new "load" for you. You just befriend with the guys helping you out... and... that's enough! At least in my case, I first became friend of them... and after that I asked for help. Yes, I am not learning English, but it is the same fpr any language.
You might like to get a penpal who can help you. It'd be of not much help if you chat with someone whose English is worse than yours. Ask them to correct your mistakes, to explain idioms or usage of words you don't understand. I think that's the way for improvement.

That's o.k., lady, my problem is that I don´t have messenger and I have no idea about how to install it (que sí, pero que no tengo el msn).

i used to learn english at the yahoo chat rooms, my english it was so horrible, a really low level, but with the english chat rooms, and a dictionary iv' been doing it so much better, try,, u will love it, and also you will meet peopple from diferent places around the wold, --------->and the best its for free!!!!
