Puedes emplear varias formas:
a) La más simple de usar sería "The name of the teacher of John";
b) Una forma con genitivo, como se escucharía verbalmente, sería "The name of John's teacher" (esta es la forma que te recomendaría, en mi opinón)
c) Finalmente, una forma muy rebuscada con genitivos sería "John's teacher's name" (No sería muy usual en el lenguaje hablado)
