關於翻譯 商用英文

我想請問一個英文句子，
“我們歡迎競爭，但惟獨公開地檯面上的競價與競價，是我們不希望看到的情形。＂

請問這句要怎麼翻比較漂亮呢？

因為有兩家代理商，a先來，b後到；a希望b不會搶走他的客源，所以我方必須要求b不用競價的方式做競爭。
