因為人家在信中把我的名字寫錯了,請問我該如何禮貌地回信讓對方知道呢?

如果是比較正式的信函(例如入學許可)，可以用這樣的完整信件提出﹕
Dear XXX,
It is my pleasure to receive your letter (或是admission notice等) dating yy, zz, 2006. (最好提醒對方是那天寄出的信件，好方便尋找) However, I noticed my name was wrongly spelled as #@%&. Please kindly correct it as ……….
Your help will be greatly appreciated.

…………..
如果只是e-mail上把你名字拼錯，可用回覆鍵將原文附上，然後用下面的例子﹕
Hi XXX,
Thanks for your quick reply. I like your ideas. (先鬼扯一頓，讓對方先高興一下) By the way, my name should be ….., not #$%&.(隨手帶過，不讓對方太難堪) Can you please make a note in the future? Thanks! (知過能改就好，既往不咎！)

名字被拼錯了, 一定要向對方指正, 欣賞你的態度. 有些人會畏畏縮縮地覺的不好意思, 扭扭捏捏...
另外如果有人把我們的中文名字發音發的很離譜的, 也一定要向對方指正一下, 對方也會很謝謝你的.
