Ottimo brano anni 80' quasi un culto, direi che è una canzone
bellissima anche per quello che dice il testo, ma sopratutto mi ricorda un periodo bellissimo, quando nei Frankie cantava ancora
Holly Johnson, autore fra l'altro di brani come "Relax" sempre con i Frankie, di chiara matrice gay che all'epoca venne censurata anche per il video, ma anche il brano "Americanos" sebbene diversissimo da the power of love, e stavolta cantato da Holly Johnson in versione solista è un brano molto solare che sprizza da ogni nota la "gaiosità" di Johnson. Scusa se ho divagato ma non capita tutti i giorni di parlare di Frankie Goes to Hollywood e quel grande di Holly Johnson. Peccato che quest' ultimo sia ammalato di AIDS, come da lui stesso dichiarato dopo la dipartita dai Frankie. Saluti
