quicker means getting something done within a short time frame,why can't we use quicker?
faster means moving or happening quickly,why can't we use faster?

Easier: it is referring to whether it is easier or more difficult.
Sooner: it is referring to whether it is sooner or later. (For example, I did not expect Wendy to be here so soon.)
Quicker: it means promptness or getting something done within a short time frame. (For example, she is always quick to jump to a conclusion. Let me take a quick shower)
Faster: it is referring to the speed, almost the same as quick. (For example, he runs really fast.)
With that said, the answer should be sooner as you have indicated.
