Em poucas linhas:
Like = similar to,the same as (it is a preposition)
examples: My dog is like a lion ; he is a student
like me ; it is like playing soccer.
LIKE = ¨¨ for example¨ Some people,like students,are always busy.
AS - We use ¨as¨before a subject + a verb (conjuction)
Example: Do it as I said.
AS = ¨in the position of¨ (preposition)
Example : I work as a teacher.
I see you as a good player.
Veja também usos específicos; as usual,as always
Mas veja bem:
As a teacher,he has good grammar.(Sendo um professor,ele
tem boa gramática)
Like a teacher,he has good grammar.(Assim como um
professor,ele tem boa gramática)
