"realize" 可以用現在式或過去式，要看你的上下文而定。如果你寫的是以前的某次經驗讓你體會到朋友的重要，那麼就可以用 realized.

1) friends 是複數，be 動詞就應該用 are 嘍2) 你的句子在結構上更像敘述句，不是感歎句 ("朋友是多麼的重要" 就是感歎句)，所以我建議不要用 how important friends are， "那麼的重要" 其實就是 so important。3) "finally" 可以放句首，除了 "終於" 的意思，也常有 "最後" 的意思，這時它的作用是連接詞。例如：當你在說一件事，或者說故事時，會描述發生了這件事、那件事… 然後說 "Finally, 結果是…" 或 "Finally, 我了解到…" 等等。
