這個要看前後文喔~http://www.elearn163.com/english-learn-classroom/elearn23.html這裡是在說搬進新的辦公室/工作地點跟事實上可以開始工作是不一樣的因為已經有他們對話的大概內容, 所以有一些字在口頭上是會省略掉的But moving into the new office and actually getting started to managing the new business are two different things

moving in =著手實際的做
getting started=才正要開始做

所以兩個意義是不同的喔!
