關於一些餐飲方面的英文

因為本身在打工,常常有外國顧客
有些英文不知道該怎麼說,希望英文好的人幫我解答,感激^^

1.客人買蛋糕,要問盤叉12個夠不夠~
Question: 盤叉12個夠嗎? (英文如何說?)
2.買蛋糕 ~
Question: 需要蠟燭嗎? 那要幾歲的蠟燭呢? (英文?)
3.
Question: 這是我們的飲料號碼單, 等叫到號碼再來取餐即可(英文?)
4.
Question: 三明治沒有吃完要冰喔 (英文?)
