(1) 這句可以，不過如果寫這樣，會更好更英語化。
Instead of the old form, please use the new one.

Since there was an electric power cut for the last two days, all the operation processes were suspended. We regret to inform you that the delivery of 11-Aug have to be delayed to 16-Aug. Sorry for inconveniences caused.
