電話用英文

最近公司常有外國客戶打電話來~
可是我的英文有點破~
可以請教各位達人教我一些英文的應對嗎~
ex:
想請問對方的是哪一家公司~~
對方的公司是做些什麼的~
請問該怎麼稱呼來電者呢~
請問有什麼事嗎~
是否可留下mail或電話號碼
我們將以mail方式傳送本公司相關資料給您~

如果對方有問我名字的話~
我該用my name is .......
或是用 This is .........
呢~~

麻煩各位達人了~

或者有哪些基本的應對可以教我的嗎~

想請問對方的是哪一家公司~~
對方的公司是做些什麼的~
Who's calling, please. / May I have your name?

如果對方說了名字,妳不會寫,可以請他拼字
How do you spell your name??
Would you please spell your name??
Could you spell that??

請問該怎麼稱呼來電者呢~
Mr...... or Miss......

請問有什麼事嗎~
May I help you? / What can I do for you?
Who would you like to talk to?(是問對方要找那一位)

是否可留下mail或電話號碼
Could I have you number or e-mail address??
How can he( she) get in touch with you??(要如何與您聯絡)
Would you like to leave message?(請問對方要留話嗎?)
Shall I have him( her ) call you back? Would you like him (her ) to call you back?
(以上兩句皆是問對方,是否要回電)

我們將以mail方式傳送本公司相關資料給您~
I will give you the company information by e-mail.

告訴對方,我會轉達來電
OK, I'll tell him that you called.
I'll give him your message.

如果對方有問我名字的話
This is ......speaking

如果對方來電,已叫出妳的名字,妳可以回答
Yes, speaking. or Speaking也可以

如果要找的人外出,妳可以說
He is out or He is not in the office.

如果要找的人在,但是暫時離開座位
He is away from his desk new.
He is not at his desk right now.

如果要找的人,今天請假,請對方明天再來電
He is off today. Would you please call again tomorrow?

如果我正在電話與對方交談，會這麼問
Can you tell me the name of your company?(你能告訴我你公司的名字嗎?)
What does your company do?(這種問法是最保守的)
Can I have your name?
What is the purpose of your call?( 如果你是秘書的話，這會是很好的答案)
Can I have your address and phone number?(你要問他的地址，別說"mail"哦 = =)
如果是問他的emaill就會是
Can I have your e-mail address?
我們將以mail方式傳送本公司相關資料給您~
We will mail you the information you need. 一般你會寄給他們，他們所需的資料就用這句(如果是 email 就把mail改成email就可)
如果你會寄給別人"你們公司的相關資料"，
We will mail you the information about our company.

在對話後面，人家才問起你的名字，就直接說
My name is…
如果是一開始你接起電話，就要跟人家說你是誰，就會用
Hello. This is .........

請問你的名字是...?Can I have your name?怎麼拼你的名字How do you spell your name?所以客戶拼完後，你可以重覆(例如"Joseph")然後問他對不對J-o-s-e-p-h, It's that right?你的情況，應該是不用對方留言吧，如果需要，你可以這樣用你需要留言嗎Would you like to leave a message ?orWould you like to leave a message for somebody?你有想留言給誰嗎?
