I think that you should go to an English course, like, CNA, CCAA or Cultura Inglesa and check if they have Portuguese teacher to teach Portuguese as a foreign language.

You can look for schools of languages. They will have teachers that speak in your language and also will be able to learn Portuguese.
Sorry for my mistakes, but I´m learning English too.
Looking for (in telephone list or in "Escolas de Idiomas"): Callan Method, CCAA, Yagizi and others.
