不論是平常和朋友相處，或是學校的團體活動時，我常扮演著領導、分析整合的角色。我對自己感興趣的工作總是充滿熱忱，一旦決定參與任何事務，一定會全力以赴、盡心盡力完成。從日常生活經驗中，我也發現，管理與領導對我的影響很大，也因此更有興趣投入，管理方面的工作。過去的工讀經驗中，組織管理能力和友善的態度讓我能建立與維持在顧客間的良好關係，也期許自己未來可以在也期許自己未來可以在生產管理、品管和人力資源領域中有更好的表現。

No matter get along with the friend usually , at the time of or the group activity of the school, I often lead acting , analyse the role that combined. Work that I am interested in oneself is always full of heartily, once determine to participate in any affairs , it is sure to go all out , make all-out efforts to finish. From daily experience of life, I find too , manage and lead the impact on me to be very great, more interested input too, the work of management. In the past probational experience , organize managerial ability and friendly attitude to enable me to establish and maintain the good relation among customers, expect oneself to expect too in the future that there is better behavior in the tube and human resources field in production management , product in the future oneself.

Whether it's getting along with friends, or participating in school and club activities, I usually act as the leader, analysing and integrating tasks.  I am interested by the work I do, and am always enthusiastic; once I decide to do something, I put 100% in!  From everyday experience, I've found out that management and leadership has great influence on me, and thus am interested in doing that kind of work.  In past working expereinces, organizational management and friendly attitude has helped me form and maintain good relationship with customers, and I hope to do a good job in the manufacturing, quality control and human resource areas.
