不好意思
我的問題是
由於速食店的規則是
餐點收到了才會幫客人結帳
然而有時候有缺餐點的時候
就必須先幫客人結帳
然後請客人 先座
在幫他送去
要如何告知由於餐點還沒好
然後先幫他結帳呢?

速食店中應該是客人到櫃臺先點先付錢是吧
那直接告訴客人總數就可以
若是要請他等一下那對話可以如下
Staff: Good morning (afternoon/evening), can I take your order?
(早安 (午安/晚安)可以為你點餐嗎?)
Customer: Yes, I would like to have your special #1, please.
(一號餐謝謝)
Staff: Sure, your total will be $120.00; thank you.
(好的, 你的總價是$120. 謝謝)
Customer: Here is $200.00
(這是$200)
Staff: Here is your change $80.00 and please wait on the side; I will call you when your food is ready.
(找您80.00. 請在旁稍後. 當您點的餐點好時我會叫您)
若是叫號:
