我覺得這個講法很好用, 到處都用得到
.... can't put it into words .... (無法用文字形容)
例句: The excitement I felt just can't be put into words. (那份刺激感簡直是無法言喻)
如果真要用單字的話, 那麼大概就是這兩個字吧

beyond words 或是beyond description是比較常見的，說起來較文雅，比較接近"無法言喻"

通常我是會這麼說
It is hard to tell (很難解釋)
theres no way that I could explain it. (我不會解釋 或 我無法解釋)
I can't think of anything to describe it (我想不到有什麼可以形容)
