現在的租金可否三年內不可調漲?禮貌性的說法是Please don't raise the rent in 3 years, ok?談判時的講法是I prefer my rent to stays at the same level in 3 years. I wonder if that's ok with you.或I require my rent to remain unchanged for the next 3 years. Hope you can accept this condition.
