動詞是與靠近的主詞一致，還是一定用單數？

and在一個句子中，在他的前面是否要加\"逗號\"呢？
有加沒加有什麼差別勒？

1. 基本上我會用1或3, in 1990's 聽起來好像是只有1990那一年
2. 我會用is, 原因我也不知道^^"，習慣用語吧
3. Nor 基本上是用在否定的語氣上，你兩個句子的前半部分都是肯定語氣，所以不是用毆
4. 現在有沒有逗號其實不會差很多了。我以前學是如果and前面是一個完整的句子，後面也是完整的句子，就加。如果前後都不是完整的句子，就不加
