Mr. XX concluded this meeting that this is the best technical delegate meeting we have ever had. It is only a start and it relies on the efforts of every technical delegates. He expressed his gratitude to Mr. AA, CEO of KOC for administration, Mr. Michael Huang for his group, and two advisors, Mr. Peter Orzol and Achim Gossow from Duisburg. He sincerely hop that there will be better result here than Duisburg was, and expect International Rugby Board would leave a legacy here after TWG. If there is anything the technical delegate would like to know, they may address to KOC with a copy to IWGA as mutual communication is important and assistance will be given quickly. There will be no longer group TD meetings and KOC will keep constant contact for individual meetings. The technical delegates are part of this big family, so are athletes, organizing committee, judges etc., and IWGA will assure its success to move to the next level. He wishes everyone has a safe trip back to their countries and thank Executive Committee Members for attendance.
