因為我要寫公司一些股票資料
但是，要寫的這間公司在台灣並沒有印製股票
所以我要在很多要填的欄位寫上"在台灣沒有發行，不需提供" 類似的字樣

或者我只寫上NOT ISSUE
不曉得這樣會不會太簡單...
想說大概簡略說明不提供的原因是因為台灣沒有發行

你要表示 "在台灣沒有發行，不需提供", 英文可以這樣說--
"在台灣沒有發行"--
"Stock certificates not issued in Taiwan" (表彰股權證書未在台灣發行)
(這是Longman字典解釋 "stock certificate: (American English) an official document that shows that you own shares in a company", 所以比"stocks"或'shares"更清楚)
"不需提供"可以這樣說--
Not Applicable (本項不適用)
所以, 如果是一個欄位, 那就可以這樣填--
Not applicable: stock certificates not issued in Taiwan

註: 依照國內公司法規定, 營利公司如果資本額在法律規定之上, 即使沒上市, 也要發行股票.

"在台灣並沒有印製股票": does not issue shares in Taiwan
可是, 看您補充說明的意思似乎是
"在台灣並沒有上市": not listed in Taiwan
或者, 在台灣屬於上市公司, 但是因為某些因素目前沒有發行股票, 那就請用第一句
英文的思維模式與中文不同, 您不須要寫 "不需提供", 在表格欄位中只要寫 not supplied 就可以了, 然後再用括號或備註的方式寫下前面兩句之中適合的那一句
