Bem, podemos usar a fórmula usada para calcular o volume de um cilindro:
Área da base x Comprimento (Altura) = 50 L *(1 Litro = 1 dcm³)
(Pi x r²) x C = 50 dcm³
(Pi x [d / 2]²) x C = 50
(Pi x d² / 4) x C = 50
(Pi x 330² / 4) x C = 50 *(330 mm = 3,3 dcm)
(Pi x 3,3² / 4) x C = 50
(Pi x 10,98 / 4) x C = 50
(Pi x 2,72) x C = 50 * (Pi aproximadamente = 3,14)
8,55 x C = 50
C = 50 / 8,55
C = 5, 85 dcm = 585 mm

V=B.g
onde:
V=Volume do Cilindro
B=Área da Base do Cilindro
g=Altura do Cilindro
g=V/B
g=50.000.000 mm3/[Pi.(165mm)^2]
g=584,59mm

Diâmetro = 330 mm = 0,33 m
Raio = 0,165 m
Área = pi*Raio² = 0,0855299 m²
Volume = 50 L = 0,05 m³
Comprimento = Volume/Área = 0,5845912 m = 58,46 cm

Vol = 50 L = 50 dm3
dia = 330 mm = 3,3 dm
Vol = [(pi/4) x dia^2] x comp.
comp. = [4 x Vol] / [(pi) x dia^2]
comp. = [4 x 50] / [(pi) x 3,3^2] = 5,85 dm ou 58,46 cm
