我不知道您的附贈指的是名詞還是動詞...名詞的話是premium,或者是the extra gift動詞的話,present + to/with.
維修完畢,maintanance completed/finished.

我在tides洗衣精上面看到extra bonus,也幾乎是附贈的意思.
