建議:最好不要這樣寫會給客戶推懈責任的感覺；畢竟你才是客戶的window而非產線。我譯成:我會將您的強烈需求通知相關主管及單位，即刻進行改進。
I pass on your strong demands to related managers and units to improve this situation right away.
