"secondary school" in inghilterra, "high school" in the usa. il concetto di "liceo" così come lo intendiamo noi non esiste, tant'è che quando un inglese deve parlare un nostro liceo e vuole essere preciso o lo chiama proprio "liceo" oppure "italian secondary school".
