我的電腦不知為何突然出現以下藍底白字，不管按什麼鍵都不管用，請幫幫我吧！
A problem has been detected and window has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer.
If this is the first time you’ve seen this stop error screen your computer .If this screen appears again, follow these steps;
Check to make sure any new hardware or software is properly installed.
If this is a new installation, ask your hardware or software manufacturer for any windows updates you might need.
If problems continue, disable or remove any newly installed hardware or software. Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing.
If you need to use safe Mode to remove or disable components, restart your computer, press F8 to select Advanced Startup Options, and than select safe Mode.

這是因為電腦為了保護系統而強制關機才出現的畫面,1.請重新開機,2.如果再出現同樣的畫面的話,請檢查一下是不是有安裝新的硬體或軟體.3.如果有安裝新的硬體那麼請你安裝驅動程式或更新WINDOWS UPDATE.4.如果又再出現同樣的畫面請你移除新安裝的硬體或軟體.5.關閉BIOS裡面的 caching(備份資料) 或 sahdowing(複製形式)6.如果你要使用安全模式來移除不良原因,重新開機並按F8選擇進階開機模式, 在進入安全開機模式

先按f8，在試試看安全模式能不能開啟，上面所說是新硬體驅動程式或是新的軟體出問題

出現籃底白字就是硬體衝突~~看看你最近視不是有購買新的零組件~~最明顯可能是RAM的問題~~第一是原來的RAM損毀以至於你無法正常開機~~第二就是新購買的RAM與原來發生衝突~~倘若都不是上述原因那就必須往顯示卡或是PCI插槽一個個判斷~~所以我建議你先朝RAM的問題去看看
