我 "Let it be"這張CD上李竹旺先生的說明是寫：這首歌是John Lennon1967年學習超自然冥想的心靈體會，「想像力可以穿透人的情緒，也可以跨越時空」，達到宇宙意識的境界，John Lennon首先把這首作品發表於世界野生動物保護協會的專輯 『No One's Gonna Change My World』，製作單位特別加了鳥鳴的音效，但John Lennon不喜歡(收在 Past Masters Vol 2)，Let it Be 這張的版本是以五十人管弦樂隊及大合聲作背景效果，比較得到John Lennon的青睞。
