例句的文法問題~怪

Question

我在講義上看到這幾個例句 感覺怪怪的 有寫錯嗎?
@Thay \"are\" one of the hapiest moments of my life.
為什麼是用are呢
@The boy _____ in black and looked great.
1 dressed 2 was dressed 3 is dressing 4 dresses

答案是2 那其他為什麼不行?

問一下 第一題的"They are"
可以改成"It is" 嗎?

第二題 dressed 不行嗎?

Thay are 後面可以加 one of ?
這個 one 和 they are 有關嗎
單 複數的問題還搞不太懂>

1. 請注意主詞和動詞的關係: 動詞的單複數一定是看前面的主詞而定
2. 有點困難一點,你需要了解dress的用法才行,如下
主動型: dress oneself in 顏色
e.g. Mary dressed herself in blue in the party last night.(請注意oneself不能省)
被動型: get/be dressed in 顏色
e.g. Mary got/was dressed in blue in the party last night.

最後,你要了解什麼是 one of the 複數名詞 + 單數動詞 (...(很多的)的其中一個)
所以名詞當然要用複數啊,動詞因為主詞只有一個,當然用單數(不用背,理解即可)
致於they未啥跟one連用,這是寫作者認定的問題,是我我會避免這樣寫
e.g. Bread and butter ______(taste) good.
答案 tastes 或 taste皆可
tastes 寫作者把他看作"一"物,叫奶油麵包
taste 寫作者把他看作"二"物,叫奶油"和"麵包
another example: I wish to be a singer and writer. 我想當歌星兼作家"一"職

1. 我的一生中,快樂的時刻很多--happy monents(複數),筆者指的是「它們(一定是有許多時刻)」故一定要用They, 而動詞跟著主詞而定,所以用are!!2. S(人) + be dressed in~表示「穿著~」

為什麼是用are呢
因為 be 動詞 是跟著前面的主詞而作變化的！
@The boy _____ in black and looked great.
1 dressed 2 was dressed 3 is dressing 4 dresses
答案是2的原因是
and後面的looked是過去式 又and是對等連接詞
所以空格中自然也須填入過去式的。
