外國人要跟我租房子.請誰能幫忙我翻譯呢?急～～～～～～～～～

我是個房屋仲介人員．有位外國朋友委託我們幫他找可以租的房子．經簡單的了解後找到了他所需要的.但是因為英文程度不佳.所以不知如何溝通.能不能請英文很厲的大大門幫忙呢~十分感恩喔!
我要跟他說的如下:

我替您找到一間大樓式的房子.3房2廳2衛浴.月租NT$10000.無家電.家俱
不包含管理費NT$1600及.水電瓦斯費用.房東同意可養寵物.但須以不打擾鄰居生活為前提.歸還時需保持原狀空屋交還

I have been found an apartment for you, 3 rooms, 2 living rooms with 2 washrooms. It only cost 10 thousand NT. per month, but it doesnt include electrical appliance, furnitures, water, electricity, gas and administration fee which is $1,600 per month. At least not to disturb neighbors, the pet will be allowed.
