其實You're welcome!和 it my pleasure!
不過你這樣的說法也有人用,算是比較客氣;
May I talk to you ?
或者 Could I bother you some minutes to have a small talk?

Are you free to chat with me now?
Are you available for chat (chatting with me)now?

or

Would you like to chat with me (now)?
Would you like to have a talk/chat (now)?
May I have a talk with you (now)?
May I have a pleasure to chat with you?(此句最接近)

How about having a talk(chat) now?

PS.

若指聊天應用chat 比用talk(說話或談話)來得好

"Thank you"
"It's my pleasure"之後.

可以問他從哪個國家來"where are you from?"

就可以提出邀請:"would u like to have a cup of coffee?"

May I have the pleasure of a bit of your time for a chat?

May I have the pleasure of a bit of your time for a chat?
Could you grant me the pleasure of a chat?

(1) Do you mind my wasting a little bit of your time to talk to you?

(2) Do I have the pleasure to talk to you for a while?
