輕鬆點！！！
看你面試的時間而定，直接大方的說：
Good morning, everybody. ( 或 Good afternoon 或 Good evening)。
可以再簡短介紹自己：
My name is XXX(中文). Please call me ___(英文)___. Thank you.
接下來就等面試的人發問就好了。
不必來躹躬那一套啦。
離開前記得要說：
Thank you. Nice to meet you. 或Nice talking with you.
加油，第一印象很重要喔！

(As for shaking hands, you are not supposed to stretch your hand for shaking hands until the professor(s) offer his/her/their hand(s). )

直接說，Hi! Nice to meet you! 我覺得挺不錯的，一般來說，外國人都比較喜歡自然不做作，祝你好運喔!!

關於您的問題，我覺得 【放輕鬆】 最重要，至於要講什麼，至少要知道什麼時候要有什麼禮貌，不同點就是用英文表達。
尊敬點可以用Greeting!! Professors!
並且90度鞠躬做個開頭。
結束時一樣Thank you! Professors!90度鞠躬結束。
(可以的話在結束的時候很自然的向教授們握手)
