要用限時掛號的方式
可是誰可以教我要怎麼跟郵局人員說呢??

用 Express Mail 即可。此種郵件有 tracking number（登記追蹤號碼）, 可以確認對方收到與否。郵局會提供特殊信封，不另收費。但你必須當場填寫收件人的地址等。
一般 express mail 保證於投寄的次日遞交收件人，他們需簽收，故無須另外掛號。
ＵＳＰＳ（美國郵局）甚至可於星期六投遞快遞，不另加收費用。
此外，假如是只需於投郵日兩天後投遞，則可用 Priority Mail 便宜許多，也可追蹤確認投遞完成，收件人均需簽收。星期六投遞也不另收費。
如用其他快遞，像是 Federal Express/DHL /UPS Next Day 等，如要星期六投遞，均會加收額外費用。

tracking number寄起來比較安心，可以隨時上網查對方到底收到了沒...^_^
