是的，那是相同的意思。
go to a movie 也可以用 go to movies 來表達
還可以用go to the cinema或 go to the theater來表示
cinema有電影院、電影片及一部電影的意思
theater有劇場、電影院的意思
去年去美國有問host family關於cinema和theater的問題，他們說，theater是較舊式的用法，現在年輕人都說cinema較多。

大部分都說go to a movie .那是外國人的習慣.寫go to a movie 比較好!!

movie也可以改成cinema

go to a movie 跟 see a movie 是差不多啦
不過 大部分都說 go to a movie
