請問要如何寫一封英文請假書信？

因為要幫在國外讀書的妹妹寫請假單，內容大概是『因○○於2006/06/21於台灣有新的課程需要參加，所以必須提早回來，並且已幫她訂好了機票，請校方准予請假』英文能力太差，寫信的對象是校長， 感恩！！怕「毀了國譽」所以上來求救的～～拜託

( ) needs to attend a new class session on the 21th of June in the year 2006
Therefore, she has to go back to Taiwan earlier than expected.
We have already booked her flight ticket to Taiwan.
I would like ask you to allow her absence after the date of her flight

This notice is to advice the absence of ( 你妹的名子 ) on ( 請假日期 ).
Due to her enrollment of some summer courses in Taiwan which begins on June 21, 2006, and time for preparation will be needed in advance. Her flight has also been booked and regrately cancellation can be penalized. Therefore, kindly permit ( 你妹的名子 )'s leave of absence.

寫不好沒關係,
因為你們去那邊,
本來就是學英文的,
而且應該有ESL,
可以寫好在去問老師也可以,
自己寫印象會比較深.
