1萬是: tenthousands 但是100萬是: one million 所以120,000是: one million and twenty thousands

沒有萬這個單字，百萬倒是有。基本上在千以上是每加三個零就有一個單字，你也會發現英文是每三個零加一個逗點。
1,000 thousand
1,000,000 million
1,000,000,000 billion
1,000,000,000,000 trillion
等
所以你問的102,000就先唸逗點前面的 a hundered and two 再加上 thousand (= a hundred and two thousand)。
如果數字是在逗點後面如：100,200 你可以說 a hundred thousand and two handred, 或是把逗點當小數點唸 a hundread point two thousand（這唸法較常用因為比較短）
再多給你些例子：
20,300,000 twenty point three million
20,350,000 twenty point three five million
20,305,000 twenty million [and] three hundred and five thousand (不會用小數點唸法因為反而難懂，[and] 則是可以省略）
