Cool WhipPowdered sugar1 pkg. instant lemon puddingCombine above ingredients except powdered sugar. Chill 15 minutes. Roll in 1-inch balls. Roll in powdered sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls, about 2 inches apart, onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 375 degrees for approximately 10-12 minutes. Yield: 4 1/2 dozen cookies. *May substitute lemon flavoring.4.BUTTER COOKIES 1-1/2 c. confectioners sugar1 c. margarine1 egg1-1/2 tsp. vanilla2-1/2 c. all-purpose flour1 tsp. soda1 tsp. cream of tartarCookie decorationsMix sugar and margarine; add egg and vanilla. Mix thoroughly. Mix flour, soda and cream of tartar; blend. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours. Roll a portion of dough into 1/8-inch thickness; cut into desired shapes. Sprinkle on decorations. Place on lightly greased cookie sheets. Bake at 375 degrees for 7-8 minutes
