I love Dumpling at the night markets,Chinese dumpling is one of the most important foods and very popularin Taiwan.It is part of the Chinese culture or tradition.Chinese dumpling is a delicious food. What dumplings are?Dumplings may be round or crescent-shaped, boiled or pan-fried. The filling may be sweet or savory; vegetarian or filled with meat and vegetables.They maybe small but very filling!I prefer the boiled ones!
Especial when the owner just picked them up from the pot!And the smell~A lot of people dislike the garlic taste in the dumpling,but I love it!Don't underestimate the little flavor.Aren't you hungry now?Do you wanna go to the night market?I bet you do.
