I didn't give any definition to any sentence, but I just recommend you to express the unit clearly, which listener can understand much more easily. Also, it could prevent any ambiguilty.

這個句子有很多問法...只是"75加侖的水有多少?"這種問法個人認為在英文如果用How much is in 75 galloons of water?是 no sense的...
