最近只要一上網就會出現藍色畫面白字且只能從開機怎麼辦?

最近拿去重灌後才出現藍色畫面白字，拿去修也找不到原因，麻煩請告訴我解決方法,內容如下: (ps.我的電腦是xp的~解答點數有20點喔!請幫幫忙謝謝)

出問題的是 ALCXWDM.SYS，看樣子應該是您安裝的驅動程式有問題所導致的查了一下，ALCXWDM 應該是屬於音效卡驅動程式的相關檔案，所以您可以先將音效卡的驅動程式移除掉，然後用檔案搜尋找出ALCXWDM.SYS之後將它刪掉，再重新開機試試，如果可以，再去找正確的音效卡驅動程式來安裝
