specilize要用主動形也ok
正確的有 * .... School (which is) specialized in teaching.....
or *.....school( which is )specializing in.............
為啥一定要有which含或隱含呢 因為 前面is 被別的主詞用掉了 所以specialize要有另一個主詞

is specialized 翻成專辦 專精 (specialzed是分型當形容詞用唷)
in 是上面那個動詞特屬的介係詞 (用其他都不對唷)
