請問\"學長姐弟妹\"英文該怎麼陳述呢? 英文當中有這樣的稱謂嗎? 老外常不常用?

老外不用＂學長姐弟妹＂的。
不過，＂學長＂可以統稱為＂predecessor＂，也有前輩的意思。
如果是在學校稱年級備份的話，就要用以下：
高一，國一＝＞FRESHMAN
高二，國二＝＞JUNIOR
高三，國三＝＞SENIOR
大一＝＞FRESHMAN
大二＝＞SOPHOMORE
大三＝＞JUNIOR
大四＝＞SENIOR
例如，你要和你父母介紹你男友，可以說：HE'S A SENIOR AT NYU. ==> 他是紐約大學大四學生。

高年級生：Upperclassmen
低年級生：Lowerclassmen
高四（台灣的高三）／大四：Senior
高三（台灣的高二）／大三：Junior
高二（台灣的高一）／大二：Sophomore
高一（台灣的國三）／大一：Freshmen
美國大多高中四年國中三年國小五年
個別學校特別是私立學校可能稍微不同
例如從學制從（台灣的）六年級到國三，這時候國三生在校內不被稱為Freshmen，而是 Upperclassmen。

001 說的沒錯 美國不說學長學姊的 高中的話因為學制是選課的關係 除了必修課以外 選修課甚至有可能各年級學生都有 而大學或以上課程更是各年級各年齡層都有 所以學長姐弟妹這類的稱呼根本不適用

學長姊(male/female) elder(older) classmate(s)
elder:尊稱 可能年紀長或是年級長。
學弟妹(male/female)younger classmate(s)
通常常用的是，學長=senior(n.)=四年級生

usually people only call each other's names only in U.S, for they treat everybody all the same. Yet, if you really want to say "Paul is my senior, and Lisa is my junior.", it is perfectly fine. Yet, seldom do people do this. People would rather say "Paul and Lisa are my classmates."
