1 將墨魚洗乾淨
Wash well the cuttlefish.
2. ~放入(A材料)醃製10分
Marinate the cuttlefish with Material (A) for 10 mintues.
3 ~~在將奶油塗抹在鋁箔紙上
Brush with some butter on the tin foil
4. 在放入墨魚包起來~~在放入烤箱約15分鐘即可~~!!
Wrap the cuttlefish and bake it into the oven for 15 minutes.
Then, a delicious dish is ready!

in for 10 minute ~~ in to spread the cream wipes ~~ is putting in on
the aluminum tin foil the sepia to wrap ~~ to put in oven
approximately 15 minute then ~~! !
