Don't be afraid to speak up your English.
As long as you could pronounce each English words correctly, you have already stepped out a successful English conversation. In the begining, don't worry about whether your English grammer is correct or not. The key word should be clear and loud enough. Then gradually you will get used to speak up your English naturally just like you speak your mother language.

Do you know why I could speak English very well?Because I came to New Zealand in 2003.I am still at New Zealand.
