另外, 在小的所提供的第二個圖片的網站裡, 它們也有提到 mechanically-operated and computer-controled tower type parking system, 所以 tower type parking system 這個單字相信也被業內人士所採用.

3D立體停車場 是指用垂直輸送帶將車子垂直停放的停車設施，英文是 " Lifted Parking Lot" 或者 "Parking Tower"為了有效利用停車空間，有的平面停車場也用「雙層」立體停車。在亞洲大都市中的3D立體停車場，大都是以密閉式的「停車塔」形式構建。明日香大師所舉的 Parking Lot、Parking Space、Car Park包括圖片上的Parking Building都沒有精確表達「3D立體停車場」「以垂直輸送帶處理車子存放」的意義。在歐美許多城市由於面積很大，市區中的停車場即使是 Parking Building 也可能是用平行車道由駕駛人自己駛進駛出的。如果選擇 Google 的「圖形」功能搜尋，以"lift parking" 和 " parking tower " 為關鍵字就可搜尋到以下圖片。 Lift Parking Parking Tower

明日香大師： 知識家是求真知的地方，俗語說：「吾愛吾師，吾更愛真理」。發問者問的是「3D立體停車場」，何謂「立體停車場」？請上一個叫做「中華民國立體停車場協會」的網站 (http://www.parking.org.tw/new/index7.htm) ，就非常清楚了。由駕駛人自行駛進、駛出的停車場，不論樓高幾層，都不是這個行業的人所稱的「立體停車場」。立體停車場就是「機械式停車場」，英文就是 lifted parking。It's damned right!
