Where is the bathroom/toilet? 廁所在哪裡?
Is there a bathroom/toilet here? 這裡有廁所嗎?
It's outside, turn right and out of the door, left into a little white building. 廁所在外面.請右轉出門口後左轉白色屋子就是了.

toilet感覺比較不正式,bathroom比較像是家裡的,在公共場所問的話應該用washroom或者是restroom比較好喔,良心建議.

在公共場所，不分男女可用 lavatory, toilet, rest room
分男女可用 man's room, lady's room.
私宅/住家可用 bathroom
In public 公共場所
Would you please tell me where the _________ is?
Excuse me, 稱呼! Is there a lavatory/toilet/ rest room/man's room/lady's room around here?
Could you please show me where I can wash my hands. 沒提到廁所，但對方知道你的意思。
Excuse me. Where can I wash my hands.
I have to/need to wash my hands.

It's outside (of the room/house/office). Please take a right turn to get out of the the room/house/office, then you can/will see a white house on you left from the door, that is it. (You won't miss it.)

在英國也可用常用的loo代替toilet
