通常是說：
picture是圖片
photo是照片
(↑如果你要的是"1 to 1"的那種配對答案時↑)
但是你應該知道有個片語叫"take a picture/take pictures(拍照)"
picture在與take搭配時，那也是可以作為"照片"意思的。
所以正確的來說是：
picture是圖片、照片
photo是照片

picture是較口語的用法，廣泛的用法是指*圖片**照片*
photo是用照相機拍出來的*相片*唷

* picture 可以泛指圖片/圖畫和照片
定義: a drawing, painting or photograph, etc:

* photo 則專指"照片"

picture 泛指 照片 圖片都可以
但photo ( photograph ) 就是單指 照片

picture是圖片...
photo是照片...
不過外國人口語上...如果你說"Take a picture of us"跟"Take a photo of us"
意思都還是一樣...都是"我門照張相吧"
所以囉...picture有時能代替photo的意思...但photo的意思就是照片...沒別的...
