請問英文句子 文法問題

請問大家一下
下面是我的職業證明書
在2004~2005年發生
所以想問大家我( )處文法對不對@@
This is to certify that xxx, born on xx, xxxx,(had been) a xxx, responsibility in~~~~~~~~~~~~~(since 2004 to 2005.)
這樣對嗎?
想要確定一下 用had been 外加上職位對不對(這應該算過去完成?)
since A to B這樣對嗎?

改成這樣This is to certify that xxx, born on xx, xxxx, worked as a xxx, responsible for ~~~~~~~~~~~~~(from 2004 to 2005.)說明:1. 2004-2005 雖然是過去一段時間，但沒有第二個動作不適合用 had been ，用過去簡單式就可以， 擔任...職位用 work as + 職位2. 英文沒有since A to B 的用法， 只有from A to B3. (being) responsible for 負責 = my responsibility is 4. 其他注意 : born on + 日期， born in + 月份

U can not use (had been) here~ but (since A to B) is right.
If u want talk about ur job from pass time to now~ u can do like
(current job)~!!

用 had been是過去完成沒錯，所以如果自你拿到職業證明書起，你已不在那個位置上了，就用had been過去完成式，但如果還在那個位置上，就要用has been現在完成式，就得看你的證明書是在職或離職囉!!
since A to B的用法也沒什麼問題!!除非前面句子有問題，如果想知道整句話有沒有問題，最好把內容都貼出來，比較完整!!
