- Or prepare the outstanding list of PI control report (as we discussed last time which you made the first one already) regularly. Before ERP do it, you need to do it manually but it help a lot for sales to chase the deal as well.

-please reserve one pcs from the first lot of mock up samples. The rest 9 pcs to be reserved from the first mass production. Customer has been waiting this model since last September. We need to give the priority.

 我們沒辦法一直等下去。有些時候我們需要持續地追蹤與適時的摧促。就算你信已寄出,也要求他們回信,但你仍需站在你的工作角色上,在信寄出後的數天內直接地提醒客戶(適當的時間在於訂單的先後緩急)。要不然就是定期準備一份完整的 PI 控管報告清單 (就是上次我們談過而你也做好一份的)。在ERP人員做出這份清單前,你最好是自己先寫一份,以利銷售部門的人能夠同時掌控到情況。
 請在第一批的樣品裡先預留一件,其它的九件就從首批量產的成品裡拿。客戶從去年九月就在等這個型號了,我們必須優先處理才行。
